1 oz: Take 5 drops daily. 2 oz: Take 4 drops daily. Place under the tongue, hold 90 seconds, swish 30 seconds, then swallow. Best on an empty stomach in the morning.

Vitamin C:
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING.
Take 4 ml daily. May be split throughout the day for better absorption. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
